I have known Steve Patronette for over 4 years. He is the best Real Estate Broker I ever worked with. He is very communicative, personable and makes himself available, whether it's the evening or weekends I can depend on him. He takes his time to listed to all your concerns and will help you sell your house fast. I listed my house with him and it sold 6 days later

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Professional, best customer service ever. As soon as I met Steve, I felt immediately welcomed and at ease. He worked with us to find us a place to live And everything went smoothly. He is attentive when we need something taken care of, and I Absolutely recommend him and this company. Thank you so much, Steve

He has a wealth of experience/knowledge and a rolodex of exceptional/responsive business partners that help at every step of the sale. Our goal was to move 89 year old mom from California to Virginia and it was the smoothest transaction imaginable. Equipped with every type of home repair professional, estate sale coordinator, packers/movers and all of the top... read more
