These people at the Patronata office in the NY/NJ area wasted a year and a half of our time promising they could help us with family property in Italy and did nothing!! Took our personal papers which just sat in a folder and they never responded to phone calls or emails unless we hounded them! Beware!!
Would not recommend ever using these people. Very stubborn and uneducated. Giggled when I was explaining my situation over the phone because he couldn’t comprehend my situation.
We had a great experience, Angela Debello and staff were very kind and knowledgeable, we're able to help me, I really appreciate their great help and understanding, and hope to work with them in the future! This office is Melville is extremely disorganized and unprofessional, they lost my legal document that was physically handed to them and then a month later when I called numerous times for an update , I never received a call back . It took me writing a very threatening email to even get a call back just for them to tell me they have no idea what I was referring to . They lost it . Do not use this business .
i will never go there again. i waited over 6 months for an answer to try and get my italian citizenship. got all my documents i needed to get and left them with the office the patronato, with Angela specially. and i waited, waited, waited, called, called, called, so irritating when no one i mean no one answer the phone and returns my calls. left voice messages emailed and nothing in return. I decided to go there and to pick up all my documents. I will find someone else to help me.
