Great title company.
Horrible! Very unprofessional! Has had a turnover in employees that were doing closings. I made trips that were one hundred twenty-nine miles round trip on TWO different occasions to supply deeds, tax information, HOA and other important documents. I gave Heather Dove, the front desk employee, copies of all documents. I did not hear back for a few weeks so I called and was told those documents could not be found! That cost me my first buyer.
