First time ordering (ordering from NZ) order was lost by aus post. I contacted aus post and had no luck sent a message to patrolapart customer service to see if they could help from their end. Renea was very helpful and followed up after lodging a query with aus post to see if i had any further updates from aus post. In the end aus post deemed parcel “lost” and i was offered a refund or the parts resent from patrolapart.
