Outstanding customer service, timeliness, and responsiveness from the whole Patrol Van team. I had them install the Owl B2 rack, double bike bars, 2 x 1Up bike racks, and the mini monster box… along with the Owl horn upgrade for our Mercedes Sprinter (Airstream Interstate 19). They did an amazing and quick job and were on time to start. In fact, I live near DC and picked them because I was driving up and down the east coast. I will definitely use them again for any upgrade of this type. You should, too!
After 18 months on the road and all the way across the country from our original builder on the West coast, we appreciate Patrol Vans for fitting us into their schedule to look over and fix some electrical issues we were having with the van. The system is working better than ever! Thanks so much.
The team at Patrol Van is amazing! The quality of work lends itself to very few phone calls but, when necessary the team is always quick to respond. Their patience & knowledge of their builds is superior! They listened to my customized requests and went above & beyond to accommodate me, including making sure my precious cargo was secure….the one very spoiled black lab Stella!
We connected with David, Trent, and their team in the spring of '23 wanting to facilitate adventures for our family of four. We were able to get in their queue and the van was done by the summer. We immediately set off for a 3 month, cross country trip, with a ton of camping sandwiched in the middle - 17 nights in the van across 7 campgrounds, spanning 6 national parks and 2 countries. Very happy with Patrol's work on my van. The people are great and seem to really care about what they are doing. The attention to detail is refreshing. The only thing that could have been better was communication and sharing of progress photos as the build was happening. I would not hesitate to work with Patrol again.
