Wellp! About an hour ago southbound on the 101 from Scottsdale into Chandler there was a line of about 15 cars all fighting to get around and pass a slower moving Ford Transit work van in the HOV lane. Those who spend time on our freeways and highways know how this driving behavior - forcing passenger vehicles to pass larger trucks on the right - can lead to scary-almosts and major accidents.
