As a veteran, I went to this shop because it claimed to be veteran-owned and I wanted to support that. Big mistake. This place is a joke. A few months ago, I went in for a quote after a lawnmower threw a rock at my car. The owner took pictures, got my number, and promised to send a quote in a few days. Two weeks later, nothing. Patriot Auto did a phenomenal job on my truck! The service was top-notch from start to finish, professional, quick, and done right the first time. The owner, Joey, is that guy! honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers. I couldn’t have asked for better service. We live in a world where we want things done immediately. I know I have to be patient because the end results always lead to NO REGRETS with Patriot Veteran Auto LLC. I started bringing one vehicle to them. But, I now bring my other vehicle and also my daughter's, too! Always important and a pleasure to support our veterans of the USA!

Did a fantastic job installing the ProPride hitch along with trouble shooting a serious electrical issue in our RV. Great to work with and will return for any other RV our automotive need. Owner is a Veteran and I thank him for his service to our country.
