Went in with an appointment but still waited for over an hour to be seen. I did not expect to wait so long and my plans afterwards that had to be rescheduled. Total time in urgent care was over 2 hours. Ms. Ward and Ms. Adler were great. place was clean and quiet! I would recommend but plan accordingly!!
I took my 10yr old in. Check in and the staff was ok as per normal. My child really liked the Nurse Practitioner that checked her. Made her laugh and told her she saw a squirrel in one ear and a beaver in the other along with other quarks. She made a sick child a more up beat.
Patriot Urgent Care in Eldersburg MD is amazing. The staff is extremely nice and very gentle especially when you're in pain. Definitely will be going there again if I need to. Highly recommend!
Everyone I encountered there was pleasant and helpful. I was in and out very quickly.
