They do not open at 8. I’m sitting in the parking lot with several other people at well past 8:30 and we are still waiting on them to open. There is no one inside and no one answering phones. My appointment time has come and gone and they are still closed. What a terrible way to run an urgent care. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere
Good service
Got here with my child in pain just to find NO ONE here and this is supposed to be an emergency medical service. This is the closest to us and you should never ever close before hours. It is a Tuesday, 5:51PM and no one is here. It’s as if someone just closed up and left. The hours on an urgent medical facility should NEVER change: whatever staff work here Tuesday October 7th and closed early this is extremely unprofessional and I’ll be writing a formal email complaint to corporate.
Certainly had a very good experience as far as Doctor visits go.My only complaint is It takes forever to get in to see a doctor and even when you're in the back room it takes a long time. That being said , the doctor that served me was probably one of the best doctors i've dealt with in many years.
