My son had to visit this facility they had in and out. The doctor was attentive and knowledgeable.
Visited Patriot in Clinton and the PA was the worst. He refused to prescribe the medication that I requested and needed, which by the way was not even a narcotic. Instead, he prescribed a gel that requires prior authorization. I called back to the facility only to find out they don't fill out prior authorization forms although they prescribed the medicine. Please make it make sense. I spent 2 hours at Patriot Urgent Care only to get NO relief
It was very professional, including the front desk Carlos he was helpful and well informed.
Carlos was amazing could not upload my paper work online and he kindly called me to the office and help me do it.
