Sells broken trailers without disclosure
While traveling SB on US 101 in my RV, a passing motorist caught my attention and pointed to the right. I stopped on the shoulder and checked the right side of my rig. I saw smoke coming from the bearing of my tow dolly and the bearing cap was not to be found. They did a good job but they were a nightmare in every other way. Had my trailer for five days to do 3 simple things, only did one of them because they “ran out of time”. Charged me for the extra time it took them on account of them not being able to get their employees to show up to work. Charged way to much in the first place and were not helpful in any way. They told me it would be ready many hours before it was and while I waited they promised no more than 30 minutes each time and I ended up being there for 2 hours. Not ... read more
