I'm pretty disappointed. Granted, my closing wasn't going to be a standard one, they were unable to draw up a simple loan agreement. They had over a month to get the paperwork sorted out, or let me know they wouldn't be able to. They ended up waiting until 4 days before closing to tell me they for sure couldn't do it and charging me $450 for title work that I could do nothing with. Purchased my first home. They were so accommodating. I had a dedicated person who made sure everything they needed was obtained prior to closing. She also explained the process thoroughly to me. There was an issue with my new home before closing that had to be fixed. They stayed late that day so we could close. I was extremely impressed with the care they took, both of the process and of me. No pressure, it's take your time we aren't in a hurry.

Brian, Tonya and Becky were fantastic to work with! Made the process of signing for our home a lot more enjoyable. Brian kept us laughing the whole time.

I accompanied my neighbor lady, who sold her home and the parties involved, used this service. I am personally aquantinted to the people who own this company. How rude of me, not to give a 5 star rating, now that I've been educated on how this works.
