Took my Outback in for a replacement wiper arm and blade. They took me same day, walk in service. Excellent customer service and a complimentary hose down to help with the bird splatter.
Worked with Katherine on a pre owned vehicle. She was great to work with, responded via text messages and made sure everything worked out. Service people were amazing too when it came to the inspection and correcting issues quickly. Only downside was working with the financing person who did not let us know that he was going to increase the interest rate when changing the downpayment, that felt like a switcheroo.
