I had an excellent experience purchasing a used vehicle from Imperial Subaru this past week. A huge shout out to Jackie, who made the whole process feel easy and understandable. She was knowledgeable, never pushy, and followed up to make sure everything was in place to pick up the vehicle as soon as possible. I would absolutely recommend the team at Imperial to any buyer.
Had a great experience with Jordan. He was super patient with registering the vehicle out of state. Very easy to work with and answered any questions I had quickly.
I’ve got 3 cars from this location and they’ve always treated me right!
The sales person Dionne was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to get assistance when needed to answer or reassure me regarding any concerns I had. I did not end up buying the truck, but if I had it would have been because of Dionne’s great one on one strength.
