In September 2016, we purchased a to-be-delivered Forester from Patriot’s North Attleboro location, executing a contract specifying the car’s VIN number and price and offering a deposit on our credit card. When the car arrived at the dealership in October, Patriot suddenly demanded we pay an additional $1000 above the contract price.
