Just a terrible experience with this company. No customer service, over priced. Definite lack of accountability. Complete lack of communication in all areas. Highly recommend staying away from this company. Of course this is the response I was expecting from a company that will say anything to make themselves look good. We did not get a full refund. High Quality and they go above and beyond to get the job done right. We are on a section of the river where the water levels are sketchy at best. Cale and his crew couldn't get his boat with crane to our side of the river, so they literally tied ropes to our pier and walked it across. Then they used muscle, their backs, and ingenuity to put it all together with quality.
They are very helpful and when they say they will work on your dock they do arrive as planned!
