I brought my pressure washer here under warranty and the owner / operator Del was very kind, helpful, and ultimately was able to resolve my issue. He communicated with the company I had a warranty under and advocated on my behalf. He saved me a lot of headache. I had read other reviews and was uncertain how this would go, but my experience was great! He had my in-laws pressure washer for well over a month after telling me he was only backed up a week he gave me excuses such as he was in the hospital that I would call back and it was clear he did not even look at the pressure washer gave me multiple excuses which did not line up with previous calls this gentleman's business should be named horrible services. I always like to try and do business with Mom and Pop shops but this gentleman I do not believe has any interest in fixing anything
