they are good we did some gates in buildings they installed cameras and its all working perfectly some ppl just like to complain even if they resolved the issue just not under their own term hire patriot no problem
Worst experience ever. No customer service at all. We’re trying to reach each other after I texted all camera criteria and didn’t have an opportunity to call back until 7pm when I apologized and explained that day was busy. Tim said that he doesn’t want to deal with me. Tim, people work during the day.
This is warning to others about this company. These people are thieves and partake in stealing. They are failing to fulfill any contract and are absolutely incompetent and very dirty. They leave the work behind them and will leave your business in terrible condition. The work they provide is very under minimum standards. Absolutely do not recommend Patriot Security NJ LLC. They don’t deserve any stars.
