I purchased a camper from Patriot RV while they had a location in Georgetown. They sold this location and are not honoring their offer of “free” winterization. Horrible customer service. I wish I never bought from such an unethical company. p.s. they do offer free winterization if you drive all the way to Prestonburg which is two hours away one way through very tight terrain.
Bought our Gray Wolf from here. Mick, Cole, Carl, Anthony, and Dave were great to deal and work with. Were first time buyers and they bent over backwards to explain the features and how to use. The guys in the service dept even helped me trouble shoot an issue with my trucks running lights. Was almost 2 1/2 hours from our house but totally worth the drive!
We had a great experience with everyone at Patriot RV in Prestonsburg. First, Mick and his team stayed after hours so that I could view (and buy!) a camper I really, really wanted. I never felt pressured and they made the whole process easy and fun. Then we hit a bump in the road. There should be a zero stars. This place is awful. Especially their service department. Drove 2 hours each way and to get 1 hours work done. They sold us on several upgrade and we agreed but they needed a couple days. We were told to come back and get it 4 days later. When we went back they had done nothing. Did not call. Did not care. All the service people hid in the back. Save yourself the headache and take it somewhere else.
