A big shout out to Vicki who helped me on the phone today to get my trip started for the Memorial Day weekend. Our camper was packed and ready to pull out, however we couldn’t get out slides to retract on our 2025 Jayco Northpoint 5th wheel. She was very helpful and guided me through the steps to accomplish getting the slides in. So thankful to you Vicki! Hope you have a great holiday weekend!
What started out as a not so good experience with the service department —Mike Reffett, Stuart, Rich and Will turned it around and got us in our “new to us” camper. They all went to bat for us and showed us that they do truly care about their guests. Mike was determined to help get us what we were looking for and Rich got us the deal we wanted along with some help from Will and we couldn’t be happier.
