Well I was in need of a uhaul a while back and unfortunately uhaul's whole system was down. I was sent to Patriot RV and oh gosh I'm so bad with names so I hope his name is Gary??? Owner of the place, he took the time and went out of his way to manually enter the system to rent me a uhaul! Much appreciated! Genuine, awesome gentleman! Went to him again a couple weeks ago when I was moving but he didn't have the truck I needed and still took the time to make calls for uhaul to contact me! He's awesome!!!!!! Thanks Gary!!!???
Two repair jobs resulted in faulty work. This started 11 months ago. We took our Chalet trailer to him 8 and 1/2 months ago as he promised to make it right. We would call for an update each month. He was always pleasant when we spoke. But always poor work results. We just picked up our trailer last Friday. Only one thing was repaired. All of the other things on the list were not done. And during this time everything in the trailer was disrupted and many things missing. I am a patient person. But I have to give up on this bus... read more
