Run! There warranty sucks. Windows on the bottoms floors leak. Same rear window issue is happening to the front. Photos of improper install attached.
I live in Patriot Ridge. In fact I own two different DR Horton homes. I absolutely love it here! My sales agent was Chad Allen. He walked me through both transactions and truly cares about me as a buyer. It’s several years since we met and we still speak regularly. He made these experiences great! My agent was Zarina Ellis. She is the most amazing agent. I would work with her again any time! Love her!
Exceptional place. It is like your own paradise
