Initial service included a washer/dryer diagnostic. After parts were installed, the washer began leaking. On the follow-up date, I was told the tech was 30 mins away, then told an hour later someone else was coming, 2 hours later still no tech. Had to reschedule. The new technician who eventually arrived failed to find the leak. Upon my own inspection, I found the previous technician had cracked the part during the first install. I would post pics/videos but am not seeing the option to.

Trent was fantastic! We explained the problem with our 20 year old refrigerator. He immediately knew what was causing the problem. He fixed the issue and explained what was wrong. He was here and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. We'll definitely call Patriot Repair Service again

I want to send a shout out to Patriot Repair Service for not giving up on my antiquated washing machine. It's old and not very pretty but it's been a great machine and I didn't want to buy one of those new throw aways. He wasn't sure what the problem was but knew someone who knew about old machines and gave Lynn Bowers a call and they got it working. Thank you to both of my heros. Beverly Carpenter
