I set up a reservation via this company (they are also VIP restrooms as their emails say both names) and paid for a specific delivery date, this was over the course of several days. They called me to pay the day before and confirm date, then DAY OF delivery, they tell me it won’t be there because of their standard procedure wait time. Do NOT recommend. Cost us a lot of money and looked very bad for us.
Ordered a Portable Potty rental from Patriot Portable Restrooms. We were never given a time for delivery just a date. The day it was scheduled for delivery we received a call from Chris the delivery driver, and I was told he was 30 minutes away from the delivery address. We asked him to give us an hour to meet him at the location and he canceled our order without notice. We don't recommend this company!
I have been working pretty consistently on a weekly basis with Stephanie & Chad ordering portable restrooms for our crews working on home improvement projects here in Southern California and Arizona. They have been a pleasure to work with always prompt with delivery and pick up as well as efficient with my orders. They always address any concerns immediately and keep restrooms very clean. Patriot Portable Restrooms live up to their 5-star rating!
