These guys helped me solve a problem with my tub I didn't even purchase from them when no other dealer would. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Fred was extremely helpful with helping us decide what we wanted out of our hot tub. We shopped all the hot tub shops in the Pensacola area and Jacuzzi is by far the best built and best looking hot tub on the market. We ended up buying model J-465, we are completely satisfied with our purchase. Fred and his employees were completely professional throughout the entire process, from purchase to delivery and continued water maintenance. Highly recommend the professionals at Jacuzzi of Pensacola!!
Walked in to store, received a very warm greeting from sales associate. Purchased a hot tub months ago. Didnt quite understand the usage of chemicals needed. Chris and Katie took their time in explaining everthing from maintenance and proper use. They even made helpful suggestions on soak-in solutions they thought would have therapeutic effects in hot tube.
