Pat is wonderful. I used him for several projects on our HOA pool. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job.
Would never recommend this company to anybody. I tried to get his services for two years. He will make initial contact with you, and then you’ll never hear from him again! I’m going to recommend that Raypack stop supporting him he’s not worth anybody’s time or efforts!
This place is ran by crackheads. Dude answered phone and told me to send him a picture of the issue and property and then they’ll let me know when they can pass by. Never texted me back. Texted him back a week later “Any update?” Nothing. I guess they don’t want to make money. 🤷
I use this company all the time, and they are quick to answer, quick to help and give free advice over the phone, and quick to come out if that is what is needed. Thank you Carly and Pat.
