EDIT BELOW REVIEW Had a 'check cell - chlorinating' on my salt water pool 3yo system, they came out and acid washed all the calcium build up (which yes it was now clean $240) but when put back the error was 'check cell - waiting...' so it never connected back. During the talk before, they said it would cost thousands to replace so check warranty to see. After letting them know of the no connection, they were going to see about an estimation to fix! Great experience with PP. Cameron, our technician, has got our pool up, running and spotless. Couldn’t be happier.
We hired Patriot Pool when my husband had some serious medical issues, and he was unable to continue to keep our pool up. We had intended it to be a temporary hire. But we have been so pleased with the service that we continue to use Patriot Pool. Consistent, reliable and professional. We chose Patriot Pool because my nephew works with them, and he generally is our "Pool Boy." When he's unavailable, the other guys have been great!
