Chris is always thorough when cleaning our pool. He is always friendly and professional and clearly explains the condition of the pool and any issues he might find.
John was very helpful and discussed options along with his recommendation. I learned a lot and appreciate his service.
This was a first clean. They arrived, there were three of them. Two of them sat down on my chairs while the other was upselling me and telling me that they couldn't service my pool without doing an upgraded service that was $600 and unnecessary for a 6x8 2 1/2 foot deep, soaking pool. In the service package is a filter check and once a month backwash, pool brush and vacuum and I was charged for the service, but was not given the service.
