My water heater was leaking and I needed help asap. The customer service team from Lisa in the office to Mark and Eric, who came out to assess and resolve the problem immediately were amazing! Definitely using them again and highly recommend them.
Unfortunately an absolutely terrible, very expensive experience with little interest in actual good business practices or customer service therefore definitely would not recommend.
