Gene did a great job. Very professional. He is a great example of what my brother used to say; "There is no substitute for experience".
I used patriot back in 2008 to move my heater to the garage. At that time they gave me a good price and everything went fine. Fast forward to today. I had a sudden loss of water pressure on the hot side. I come to find out they used the same pex for the heater for household water. The pex they used has alluvium in it. Over time the inner tubing worn down and exposed the aluminum which eventually broke up causing a blockage.
