i.e., A lNot a fan at all. Three days ago I called to say the heating system they installed in my home was not working and I had no heat. After repeated messages left at the business and emergency line, they finally called back to say they were too busy and wouldn't come to fix my heat. They serviced my a/c this summer and charged me $250. Two weeks later it started leaking and they ignored my repeated calls to resolve that issue as well. Find someone else.
