Called to see about an oil change, wasn’t able to accommodate for a month. When asked about potential other options Joe was not friendly nor was he helpful. Will not be using his services in the future.
Joe is the owner and mechanic. I contacted him with a different problem that I fixed. The Harley was new to me and I wasn’t sure what “Normal” was as the clutch dragged. I asked Joe to go through the bike and did he ever. The bike was 11 years old and he addressed everything from A-Z. He noted a problem with the clutch and we agreed to replace it. My bill was very fair. I have had bikes and dealership experiences but none have compared to Patriot Cycle. Thanks Joe. I will see you again.
