I do not recommend at all. A “friend” who I was in a networking group with works at Patriot. Why not give your business to someone you know personally, right? WRONG. Someone dropped the ball and didn’t follow up on appraisal timelines. Went WAY over real estate contract deadlines. Whenever I would ask questions I’d get a million excuses and not one excuse ever matched another. Just lies and smoke and mirrors. I was forced to get a hard money loan to save the deal.
