These guys are fantastic. Air went out on Saturday night. I called my normal AC company but they were not able to tell me when they could come out. A friend suggested giving Patriot a call. Called them on Sunday and they were out first thing Monday morning at and had the air working within the first 30 minutes. They did a thorough check and amde sure everything was good. I will definitly be calling them again if I have AC issues in the future.
Comes quickly whenever HVAC has problem.
Woke up one morning last week and AC was stuck on 65—couldn’t change temp or turn it off. A call to Marty in the morning and within an hour and a half technicians were onsite troubleshooting the problem. Traced it to a faulty board on the outside unit--replaced it and we were up and running. Outstanding service as usual—that’s why we only use Patriot Mechanical!
