I really wanted to like this company - I try to support our veterans when ever possible. That said, there still needs to be some level of customer service. I called this place on a Wednesday asking for an estimate for spring cleanup, edging the flower gardens, trees and mulch. First red flag was when they said they couldn’t have somebody come out until the next week. Next week has now come and gone and still no one has been out and no one has called. Horrible snow removal. Worst customer service I e ever had to deal with. They've ignored my calls and emails but they sure want to send me a bill!!! Kick rocks I'm using somebody else now.

My car was damaged by one of the lawnmowers. I've been emailing and calling for over a month and the owner keeps ignoring my calls and only emails back that they will contact me. But no one has actually tried to help me in over 5 weeks.
