Easily the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. The deal Corey and the Patriot team put together was literally the best deal in a 400-mile radius (possibly bigger), so I drove 6 hours to take them up on it (then another 6 back home.)Throughout the process, they were overly accommodating, transparent, and mindful of my time. Drove down for the Palisade, but would come back for the service!
Took our car for maintenance, when they gave it back; the seats were full of stains everywhere. The car is brand new, workers should be more careful when handling the interior of people's cars.
Needs to be honest with customers about the warranties
DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL USE THE BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC TO LURE YOU TO THERE DEALERSHIP. They tried to get us with the ol bait and switch. My husband told the salesman Cory exactly what we were looking for, a Truck. Cory and his finance manager called my husband assuring him that they would get him financed for a Truck. 30 days after driving away from this dealer (3 hours each way), we have been informed that my daughter was unable to be financed and they want the vehicle returned. Mind you, we spent 4 HOURS inside with Doug Dainty. I asked why she was allowed to drive off the lot in a 2025 vehicle. They said that's just the way it's done. Ummm, ridiculous way to do business.
