Went and purchased a new 2026 Elantra today and the associate Toby Youngberg was very helpful in making sure all our needs were met, would definitely recommend going to him if you're looking to get a vehicle in bartlesville.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dealership was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Over the course of more than nine weeks, my vehicle was in and out of the dealership for transmission issues, and although the transmission was eventually replaced, the entire process was handled terribly. WOMEN BEWARE!!! These dealers are the epitome of sleazy car salesmen, it was actually funny. They will try everything in the book to get their maximum commission. They will agree on a price before hand then go back and try to get thousands out of you. DON’T fall for it, especially ladies!!
