I bought a 2021 Kia Sorento a few months ago. It quit after 2 weeks so I had it towed to the kia dealer in broken arrow. They informed me that it needed a $5000 repair! They also told me the codes had been cleared out prior to me buying the car. They took care of a couple recalls and since the car was running I attempted to drive it back to Bartlesville. Very pushy... and not willing to negotiate prices. I made a fair offer on a car and they said no so I walked out. Corey the manager then started texting me becoming rude and stated he just wanted to "educate" me on how the car buying process works. Will not return to a patriot dealership and do not recommend them.
Easily the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. The deal Corey and the Patriot team put together was literally the best deal in a 400-mile radius (possibly bigger), so I drove 6 hours to take them up on it (then another 6 back home.)Throughout the process, they were overly accommodating, transparent, and mindful of my time. Drove down for the Palisade, but would come back for the service!
Took our car for maintenance, when they gave it back; the seats were full of stains everywhere. The car is brand new, workers should be more careful when handling the interior of people's cars.
