My experience has been exceptional. Had an issue with my unit. Called, Wallace answered right away and was in the area. Responded within 30 minutes. Had to order a part. Part arrived within a couple of days and he came out and repaired. Had another issue, same response. Very dependable and relentless when looking to resolve the issue. Wallace and Dylan were very polite, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

We have a new baby and our heat quit and it was extremely cold in our house. We called Mr Atwell he sent Dylan over immediately and within an hour he had our system heating again. Id highly recommend Patriot to anyone needing HVAC repairs they are professional and courteous and reasonably priced
Technician stayed 10 minutes and lied to Cinch Home Services about the diagnosis. Also said a noise wasn’t coming from our thermostat and it is. Didn’t take the time to even diagnose it properly.
I was so grateful today that a friend referred me to this company. Mr. Atwell answered my phone call within two rings and assured me that they would get me took care of today and they did! Dylan came out and got my air working within 30 minutes of arrival time. The price was very reasonable for the work he performed and the part he had to replace. He was a very kind and courteous and I would definitely recommend using this company for any of your heating and cooling needs!!!
