Always a great experience. They are very professional and communicate well. They go out of their way to make sure the job gets done right.
Another easy peasy visit from the Patriot team today. This time iI met Jordon Rau. Austin promised I would be pleased and he was right. Jordon Rau was professional, personable, timely and thorough. We have had a number of service technicians up here for various things and I have got to say that you can tell when a company treats their employees well. Way to go, Patriot!
We absolutely love Austin from Patriot Heating & Cooling! Patriot was reconnect to us by a neighbor and we have been very happy with them. They respond quickly to emergencies, and they also have a great annual maintenance option to get your systems checked and cleaned twice a year. it's always been a great experience with Patriot. Austin is a real professional. My AC has never worked better which was nice considering the heat wave we had. I have every confidence the heat will be working great this winter as well.
