Wow; What an outfit! Competitive pricing and great service at the same time. They said the could remove our old HVAC unit and replace it with the new one on the same day...and they did it! Clean professional, courteous, finished before their predicted deadline. This team of brothers deserves every star - we've had them here four times (heater check, heater install, a/c check, a/c service). Communication is excellent! They arrive early and each time have waited in their truck to knock closer to the appointed time, which is pretty helpful and I believe respectful. The Patriot team installed my new Goodman Furnace and tied it into my (just installed) existing Goodman conensor and coil (installed by anedother company). I had continual problems which were quickly identified and cured by Patriot. Steve was very helpful; answered all my questions, professional (abd patient). Very responsive communication; on time, and professional. After getting other estimates, I was very happy with the results received from the Patriot team.
