I called at nearly 8pm on the hottest day of the summer when our cooling went out. Very professional, friendly service. Repairs were done very well and they answered all my questions. I will call them for yearly maintenance and highly recommend them.
Patriot was wonderful. We had another AC service come first and they diagnosed a faulty capacitor. They replaced it and left but we still had the same problem. Fortunately I asked the first company for the used part. When Patriot came they diagnosed the real problem, explained it to us and tested the “defective” capacitor. It was operable. The first company had ripped us off! Thank you Steve.
