As luck would have it, and with this freak heat wave, our system went down. Contacted Patriot Heating & Air and after some over the phone troubleshooting, Steve and Mike showed up, assessed the problem and figured out that a contractor and transformer were faulty. Parts were replaced, system was restored, and both were efficient and informative. Already working on getting my next appointment on the books with them for a tuneup. I would recommend Patriot to anyone.
Mike and Steve conducted a thorough diagnose, located the source of the water leak and replaced the shower valve cartridge. Their preserverance and dedication to go above and beyond to locate the correct valve cartridge saved me both time and money. I willl definitely use Patriot AC my plumbing and HVAC needs.
