I bought a new motorcycle there on June 7th. I paid them to do the registration for me, and 40 days later they have not yet been able to deliver it to me. I have followed up repeatedly, but found staff to be dismissive, evasive and irresponsive. It takes 2 hours to register a vehicle at the DMV, but still 40 days later nothing has changed.
Everyone has opinions on motorcycle dealers and my opinion is that Patriot is simply the best. Sales, service and parts and motor clothes are all staffed by friendly folks with an interest in satisfying and informing the customer. And the HOG chapter is terrific too.
