Very knowledgeable gives them the 2 stars. We are out of the area and were referred to them by someone else in our industry. After several discussions, we were promised top notch service so took the plunge. Several issues starting with a poor installation by their preferred vendor. No monitoring of system/supplies left us stranded more than once. They also passed the additional freight costs of their misdoing to get us the supplies we needed (had they set it up correctly, overnight shipping wouldn't be necessary). They attem... read more
