Thanks Grant for amazing service and warranty work on my 2024 Cushman,great communication,fast service, small family operation where you are treated as family,worked with my schedule, worth the drive, will not do business anywhere else.
Be very careful. I was overcharged on my credit card. Do not recommend. Fees added that were not discussed and outright dishonesty and lying.
I recently purchased an Atlas golf cart from Patriot. Lewis met me at the shop (they are only open certain days so check with them first). He was helpful in narrowing down choices. Once I selected the Atlas, Grant delivered it quickly, and as promised picked it up to make requested adjustment to seat color, as well as some tweaks to make it perfect for me and my husband. He had it back to us lickety split. We couldnt be happier with it. Thanks!
On two separate occasions I attempted to visit but they were closed during posted operating hours. My initial thought is that maybe this isn't the place I want to do business with. Obviously understaffed and or priorities are elsewhere? Don't know! I'm sure Fredericksburg will take my business. It's a shame because I live here in Manassas!
