I had a great day with Patriot General Contractors Inc.The team was great and xcited to work in the Bangor area.
Upon coming to our home to provide a quote for services, the ‘President’ smelled strongly of alcohol and marijuana. He was also persistent to get us to ‘sign’ a contract to lock in pricing and wanted a deposit for ‘odd jobs’. The whole thing just felt funny.. not to mention, he drove on our freshly sowed lawn.
Dealt with a nightmare with Lowe's where they cancelled on us last minute, called around a few contractors around town and everyone wanted to charge me $5-6000 to install windows I already bought. Anderson wanted to charge me $10k for windows and install. Patriot did it for much less, were prompt in getting the work done, and asked me throughout the process if the work was satisfactory or if I had questions.
