Prompt, professional service - I emailed the business quite late last night and got a response back in 5 min. This morning Jacob came and was super-fast and professional. The wheels had gotten off the bracket when the trunk door accidentally opened and hit the door. Jacob was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend them.
Jacob was very kind, honest, and went out of his way to be able to help me and make sure I get the correct garage door, with a reasonable price. He took time out of his day to explain and show me many different garage doors and educate me in them for me to make the best decision for me. An amazing person to work with, if I need him in the future, he will be the one I will be calling. Highly recommend!
My old garage door died on me and left the car stuck in the garage. Patriot Garage Door came to the rescue first thing the next morning and opened the garage door. The very next morning they returned and installed an entirely new system. These guys are rockstars!!!!
We just had a new garage door installed by Jacob and of course he didn’t do an excellent job, at a fair price. If you need garage door repairs or replacement this is definitely the guy to call. So professional and his wife who handles the scheduling of the appointments is also terrific.
Ron is super friendly and responsive! Showed up on time and finished the repair with great quality and very reasonable price. He is very professional and helpful. We highly recommend him!
