I was surprised they took my car in the same day I called. It needed a starter. They found a dangerous problem with a CV joint,glad they cought it.Also did a computer diagnose of ECM codes and checked out the whole vehicle. Very nice people.
This shop went out of their way to help me get my issues resolved. I took a Grand Cherokee into the dealership and the dealership took two days to give me an overpriced quote to fix a problem that would have persisted. I took it in to Patriot to get a second opinion and they found the root cause of the problem in one day, had reasonable quotes for two options to fix the root cause, and were empathetic the whole time.
