I recently took my 2012 Ford F150 for a annual inspection to renew my registration to Quick Lane. Throughout the years I had been taking my vehicle services to Black's Tire. Tire rotation, oil change and yearly inspection for registration renewal. I was never charged an additional fee for window tint. Why does Quick Lane charge $10 for tinting inspection when it's obvious they already know the the tint is in regulation. Black's Tire never questioned???
