Showed up without something important they needed for the job. A Ladder long enough for the location, and their customer had to provide it to them. I'm sure they do good work but showed up unprepared.
I've been using Impact Fire Services for the past 5 years. I take my fire extinguishers in person. The cost is minimal to have them inspected. The inspectors are quick, professional and courteous. Brooke the office admin is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.
