Patriot Exterior gave us a quote to do windows on our house, sent a guy that measured all the windows, they were supposed to be ordered, and then... they ghosted us. No phone calls, didn't return messages, called their number and left multiple messages with their receptionists, the receptionists could never give us any info on our order, they just kept apologizing and telling us they'd pass along our messages. Very happy with our experience with Patriot Exterior Solutions. Everyone was easily accessible and great with communication. Our roof looks amazing and was complete in one day with close attention paid to cleanup.
Omar and his crew did a great job on my roof. I love the new color. The work crew cleaned the area meticulously and worked diligently to complete the job. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof.
