Doesn't accept quarters only uses tokens. Today was the 3rd time I've been overcharged for a 2 1/2 minutes of just rinsing pollen from my 20 year old car! Tokens machine not working. Vacuum out of order! I was charged $5 for 2 1/2 minutes because I used my debit card! Unacceptable and it's the 3rd time!! My next act is to call the Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce & also the BBB

Wish I could leave negative stars. This car wash is absolute crap. It wouldn’t take my card. Then when I went out of my way to go get cash to use the air dryer, the power of the dryer was weaker than my hair dryer at home. Calling customer service didn’t help, as they didn’t answer. Don’t go here. You’ll lose money and get absolutely nothing accomplished

I'm responding to the business response on my one star.... I did call customer service. Or whoever it was that I finally got through to after numerous calls, i apparently woke whoever it was up from their sleep. No help at all. But I'm going to try the dog wash one more time, maybe it was a just one of those situations where it's not a constant issue.
