They'll keep on sending you the same invoice after it's been paid by your homeowner's insurance company in the hopes that they can be paid twice for the same work. I just had to get proof of payment from my homeowner's insurance adjuster so I could send it to them so they'd stop trying to milk me for another eight hundred dollars. Companies like this who can't remember who paid them or dishonestly try and milk people for whatever they can get away with getting make me want to puke.

I am so annoyed with the level of customer service from this company. They charged me close to $600 just to tell me what I already knew, which was that I have asbestos ducts. Not only that but that fee doesn’t even include the report that described how to remove the asbestos by Enkay. That will be another 850+. I’m so disappointed at the level of communication from this company. If I would have known from the beginning, I would not have paid the first $600. I feel ripped off!
