They closed. They charged me for permits and assured me the permits were completed, but they were not. I cannot get a COO and can’t sell my home. I had the same work done a year later at our condo and now I have found that was not done either. Unbelievable.

Ron was very professional. He went through the work order with me when he first arrived and immediately went to work. He was patient and didn't waste any time getting things done...and there was a lot of things! I wouldn't hesitate to ask for him when I call Patriot again.
