Brent came out quickly because of a voltage drop in our cabin. He checked various things, then learned it was the electric company's line/transformer. Followed up too to make sure they took care of it. Definitely recommend!
I'm appalled right now at our interaction and lack of with Brent at Patriot....was put off multiple times and then lied to and talked to rudely and hung up on and blocked when tried to communicate the issues. I would NEVER do business with this company!! Multiple no shows and then blamed US for why they "couldn't"get the work done. One piece of advice.....CALL SOMEONE ELSE!
