Don't use that company. They are unable to fix anything. They are not punctual. They are not responsible. They are not reliable. Very unsatisfactory experience.

NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY...Ac is out. They have made 3 different appointments, and did not show. They called to reschedule. No show for The last appointment. When they did call it was to inform us they no longer service for our Home warranty co. When a business decides not to do business with another company, it is not a sudden decision. It is a decision that took Sometime to make and execute. They knew when they made the last rescheduled appointment.

I scheduled an appointment through my home warranty company, the technician came to the house on-time, repaired the issue, and even recommended a repair that would prevent the issue from re-occurring. I have called them again for a service call without the home warranty coverage policy applying.

Scammers! Hands down worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Terrible company, horrible techs, horrible receptionist. Lied about my home warranty coverage, every word was a lie! STAY AWAY!!! After reading the other reviews, I wanted to add that I had a similar experience. They were contracted out by my home warranty company and just like another person, I was told that the ceiling fan was covered under my plan by the snippy lady who answered the phone.
